Phoenixville, PA location. Dark bornw pour with aroma of caramel malt, bigger hops than I would have suspected, and toffee. Tastes malty, with caramel, toffee, and hops at the finish. Very good, but not elite.

Poured a light, reddish / brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of nuts, and citrus hops. Taste of toffee, nuts, caramel, with a dry, lightly bitter finish and an average mouthfeel.

On tap at the Royersford location. Pours a medium reddish brown with red/orange when held to the light. Smaller light tan bubbly head that did not really sustain. Aroma of toasted malts, nuts and maybe a light hop. Flavor of nuts, chocolate, toasy malts, caramel, coffee and toffee. This one was mellow in the aroma (as expected) but actually had a very nice flavor.

Draught: Smells nutty and sweet. Good balance of malt and hop scent. Also a hint of choclate. Poured medium brown color with a hint of amber. Clear. No particles. Nice, big, creamy, off-white head. Head lasted a while before diminishing. Flavors of choclate, nuts (hazlenut?), and coffee. A bit sweet. Light to medium body. Well balanced. Slightly sweet finish of average duration. Overall, a nice Brown Ale.

Draft. Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with caramel and nuts. Flavor is similar to aroma with notes of toffee and a touch of chocolate with a light to medium body

Looks like this one is back, but its only decent. Brown color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malty and sweet with some molasses, caramel, and nuts. Flavor is nutty and malty with a light hop backing. Not bad, but too average to say much about.

Not a very impressive beer, very weak, watery, very little body, a bit on the bland side, not a whole lot of flavors happening with this one, brown in color, nice off-white head, but very little lacing around the glass, very disappointing
