Big Top Beverage Mart, Rosyln case: Pours cloudy yellow gold with a nice white head. Aroma is dusty saison yeast, with some light hints of banana. Taste is a bit farmhouse and slightly sweet. Has some wheat ale aspects, especially in the banana elements. Light and consistent hops. Light body, but a very full taste. Quite good.

Aroma is very bold belgian with yeast, banana, marshmallow and pepper. Pours blonde and SUPER heady. Took a while to pour this one. Taste is wonderful with yeast, banana, slight potato, and a hint of pepper. Mouthfeel is super light despite the intensity of the taste. Super easy to drink.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Ar: Banana and peach - clove - a touch of bubblegum.
Ap: Cloudy pale gold - large white head with very good retention, leaving a thick cap of lacing and a trail of foam along the sides of the glass.
T: Bright peach up front, with a punch of acidity coming right behind - pleasant pils malt graininess - banana and herbal hops, with a low bitterness - finish is more peach and a wisp of malt.
P: Medium body with high carbonation - finish is dry.
O: Fruity and refreshing, just like a saison should be - really nice beer, tasty and well-made.

Can pour..slightly hazy yellow golden hue..nose is really quite pleasant with very evident perfume presence..lemon..spice..mouthfeel is very refreshing..and fresh with a good prickly spice backbone..very nice saison style in a can at a lower abv..a few things are clear about this..nice for a canned saison..and another well crafted beer from sly fox..a cooler full of these in summer is definitely going to please..

Serving: 12 oz. can from State Line Liquors. It pours a hazy dark yellow with a nice white head. It has a spicy, floral nose with a bit of anise. Flavor is a bit wanting though. A dull shadow of the nose with an almost aspirin like bitterness. Light to medium body with a lingering finish. A little on the meh side and made me want to hit up a Dupont Saison.
