3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: SEP 28, 2014 Can from GE. The whole top comes off! Why don’t they do this with their IPAs? Aroma is a mixture of grape and apple juice. Pours a pale orange yellow. White head. Tastes sweet and refreshing. Crisp finish.

355 ml can.
Pours a clear pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, metals, some grains and straw. Flavour of grassy hops, grainy hops, bread, mildly sweet caramel, corn and weak herbal notes. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and a mildly bitter finish. Germans do it better.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at brewpub. Pours a crystal clear straw yellow color with a one finger white head. Pale malt aroma, with lots of straw and a slight hop spice that comes through as well. Taste is straw again, very rich straw flavor. The spicy hops show up to balance things out. light bodied, crisp, a little fizzy and a dry finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale, visible carbonaton, tuck of white dissapating head. Silver/steely cheap hop nose, with a nostalgic classic lager pishness to the nose. Firm carbonation and listless hop thread. Ceramic, dry softly bittered finish. Bonus points for the can.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Golden with a medium head that took time to dissipate. Slightly sweet and drunk on a warm summers night to quench my thirst.
Apart from this it had nothing going for it.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
HA HA< Kudos for the cool can top, just didn’t know how to pour it. Big clear conventional colored beer with a big larger bubble head. Big clean blast of a beer with little carbonation. Yes, some bitter bite but it does seem to be pretty fresh, except for the level of co2. Perhaps it was packed that way. Seems to be more alky than the 4.5 listed here. Yes a beefy beer with a low alky content. Those hops or bitter something continues to build on the sides of my tongue.
