jerc (3212), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 2, 2008 2008-05-01. Crisp yellow body with a moderate white head (3+). Yeasty sweet aroma with prevalent spice character, light perfumey floral accents grow eventually surpassing the spice notes. (7+) Sweet flavour, yeasty pale malt, fairy fruity undertones. Alcohol is noticed, but quite restrained considering. Medium bodied palate. (3+) Pretty nice, dangerously drinkable. Bottle shared by Blankboy

Pleasant aroma of yeast, malt and sugar with a few vapors of alcohol as well. The flavor is nice with yeast, malt, candi sugar, and banana all well represented. A bit fizzy on the palate. The alcohol is noticeable, but is not a distraction. Good one.
