Cask at Phoenixville BrewPub: Aroma of hops and grains. Poured honey/apple juice/flaxen in color with a large, creamy, rocky, off-white/tan head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Full of tiny, small, and medium-sized particles throughout. Very good lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of hops, light wheat, East Kent Goldings, slight grains, and light Earth. Medium body. Lightly dry, chalky texture. Cask carbonation. Chalky, slightly sweet, East Kent Goldings finish is lightly dry, and chalky. Overall, not much flavor. Bland. Boring.
