Commercial Description:
Odyssey is an Imperial, or Double, IPA brewed with an assortment of hop varieties, and lots of them! Near orange in color, Odyssey is medium-bodied and (obviously) hoppy, with pleasant alcohol hints in the nose and finish.

Bottled. An orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with ligh hoppy notes, while the flavor is sweet grassy hoppy, on a medium to low malt background, leading to a dry end. The alcohol burns slightly in the throat. I’d like a stronger malt presence.

Bottled. Amber colour, coarse head. Orangey nose. Sweet and malty, full bodied with some caramel. Long, really bitter finish. A homogenous ale where the hops come through more in the very bitter finish than in the aroma.

(Bottle 65 cl) Beautiful, clear, warm amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. Fruity hop aroma. The body is surprisingly only medium and doesn’t really qualify as a Double IPA - the malt profile is a bit timid. Dry as a bone with somewhat soapy hop accents. Thanks to pineypower for this rare brew. 170207

citrus and floral hop aroma, still lots of hop flavor but the bitterness is a lot more prominant, caramel sweetness comes in to try and balance but the hops still rule the road,
