COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Odyssey is an Imperial, or Double, IPA brewed with an assortment of hop varieties, and lots of them! Near orange in color, Odyssey is medium-bodied and (obviously) hoppy, with pleasant alcohol hints in the nose and finish.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2012 From 12 oz can, light orange clear pour, big foamy white, some lacing, nose hint of honey, a touch of rye/grain, caramel and pine, medium body, lightly carbonated, alcohol bite and medium bitter finish, not much in the was a hop characteristic, piney if anything, not a DIPA, interesting but nothing that special, drinkable but very alcoholic...addendum: think I was trying to be nice to myself since I bought a case but this really isn't that good, it's got a skunky taste that binds with the bitter and peppery notes that is a lingering aftertaste. It's not good at $37 per case of cans before tax and if wouldn't be worth grabbing at $27 unless your into the 8% alcohol the is the overriding quality of this one. Sly fox feel free to reach out to me to tell me what I missed but I gave away a 12 pack and my buddy returned it to me. Disappointing to say the least.

Fruity, slightly sweet aroma but bitterness is dominant with citrus-like hoppy fragrance. Flavour opens with yeasty notes, a bit cookie and grain-like flavour but then a very intense, very straightforward bitterness rolls over the tongue leaving a refreshing but a bit dry aftertaste. This appears like a more bitter impression on the taste buds but the yeasty/malty opening balances it nicely.

12 ounce can. Bright orange color. Big foamy beige head. Fruity, spicy hop aroma. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor with peppery notes. Delicious caramel malt flavor balanced by a huge dose of complex hops. Finish is dry and bitter.

Poured gold with a big, white, foamy head. Floral and grassy aroma. Taste is grass and grapefruit with a bitterness that lingered in a somewhat unpleasant way.

Fantastica ipa o imperial ipa, profumi molto floreali e erbacei con note mielose. Al gusto un gran corpo con un amaro molto tagliente e una beverinità ottima. ---Rated BY Italianbeer85

Deep copper amber color with a huge foamy light tan head. Floral and bitter hops up front, but a bit of citrus zest over malt underneath. A little earthy, a little spice. Not bad, but fairly run of the mill for a strong IPA.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, slightly dark orange color with a thick off-white head that lingers leaving some nice lacing. Aroma is mostly pine hops and some sweetness - really present when I popped the can. Medium bodied, dry finish. Leans a bit more toward the hops in the taste rather than the malt. Slight sweetness in the finish. Good beer!

At the DC Craft Beer Festival. Poured a hazy amber color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was citrus, some caramel and malt. Touch malty, but pretty good. Alcohol was hidden.
