Serving: 12 oz. can from State Line Liquors. It pours a nice copper color with a small off white head. Caramel and lightly fruity nose. Grainy flavor with a bit of the caramel from the nose and a light, nondescript bitterness. Light to medium bodied. A bit flabby. Underwhelming.

Canned Rehills Ncl. Sweet caramel aroma and taste. Big bready taste with late biscuit and background hop that has good lemon notes. Good stuff.

Pours a hazy bright orange with a soft head of off white foam that fell slowly and left a ring and cap. laces well and looks very pretty. Has a nice soft glow from the body of the beer and streaming effervescence from the bottom. Nose is Tart citrus with a touch of sour yeast and plenty of cracker malt. Nice and pale. Little lemon, little orange and little soft spice. Some caramel sweetness as it warms. The hops character is herbal and floral and very soft. Taste is cracker with a touch of caramel sweetness. Smooth and leaves a small bitter on the mostly dry finish. Ample carbonation but the only bite is a mild one from the spice and in the aftertaste the sweetness of the fruit and the sweetness of the malt linger as if newly found.

This is a solid pale ale that is very refreshing. Thanks Kerry.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2013 Can from Drinkmonger. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Average carbonation. Nice lacing. Grapefruit, orange marmalade, pine and fresh green hops. Lovely balance of flavour - caramel and blood orange. Nice bitterness. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. An excellent Pale Ale. Really subtle and well balanced.

Can at home, August 1st 2013, warm up to IPA day. This is ok, nothing special, fairly weak aromas and taste, but still drinkable

Couple cans in somebody’s backyard, South Philly. Thanks, Min’s friends! Medium cloudy copper pour, fluffy head and bright carbonation. Nose of leaf tea, modest citrus and spice, substantial pale malts. Smooth mouthfeel initially, prickly in the finish. Balanced flavors throughout, with a slight sweetness that peeks through here and there. Solid as hell session brew.

Can from Great Grog. Nothing wrong with this but nothing to write home about. Light malts, light hops, medium carbonation and medium bitter finish. A little foamy in the mouth for me.

Can from Rehills, Newcastle. This golden ale has orange blossom and pine fruity flavours, caramel and malt on the finish. A very well balanced beer.

Location/Date:Can on July 19h, 2013.

Appearance: Pours a copper clear with light white head.
Aroma: Aroma of caramel, faint pine, very faint biscuit.
Taste: Light bitter, light caramel, light biscuit.
Palate:Light body.

Summary: More of a British style "APA" than American style..more caramel, not as much citrus, gives a slightly heavier feeling.
