Solid, classic tasting, good balanced pale ale. Chalk this one up as a steady eddie Chester County favorite. Well made.

GBBF, Trade Day, 2008 Gravity cask. A muddled but pleasant APA. A dark hop rather than light and citric. Nice, but not exciting.

Clear amber with lots of lace. Butter and caramel malt in the aromas. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Balanced with some sweet maple overtones on top of a toasty waffle-like bottom.

Bright and amber, with a thin head. Woody, hoppy taste. It’s plenty dry, but with some good caramel and brown sugar notes as well. A well-balanced brew, with a good dose of pithy bitterness.
