Solid, classic tasting, good balanced pale ale. Chalk this one up as a steady eddie Chester County favorite. Well made.

Clear medium orange amber color with a small, virtualle none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, sour malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (050808)

Oct 2, 2008 Clear amber with lots of lace. Butter and caramel malt in the aromas. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Balanced with some sweet maple overtones on top of a toasty waffle-like bottom.

Sep 30, 2008 Bright and amber, with a thin head. Woody, hoppy taste. It’s plenty dry, but with some good caramel and brown sugar notes as well. A well-balanced brew, with a good dose of pithy bitterness.
