Draft @ Hoppy Loft. Orangée, col blanc épais. Arôme est malté, grains, malt pâle le tout restant assez léger avec ce bouquet tirant sur la drêche. Palais est malté moyen, grains, profil céréales assez basique et grains concassés. Mixe sympa des houblons qui ajoutent un léger fruité avec sur la fin une pointe de cacao en poudre et caramel.

Can at the goat race. Pours amber with some off-white head and lace. Nose of caramel, grass, light citrus. Sweet and malty with moderate hop bitterness. Not as hoppy as I like my pale ales but a decent beer.

Tap at Mikkeller and friends. Dark orange with a small off White head. Malty caramel aroma, grassy hops and alchohol. Medium bitter, medium sweet flavor with a Nice hop bitter finish. Again lots of caramel malt. Ok, but hops seem faded

On tap at Beer Temple. Clear light-amber colour, white head. Aroma is light floral, caramel, light citrus hops. Flavour is medium-sweet, caramel, floral malts, light hoppy bitter finish with a little citrus and pine. Light-bodied. Easy beer.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Clear copper/amber color. Thin off white head, but good lace. Aroma’s: Caramel malt, citrus, a bit roasted, some raisin retronasal. Flavor is medium sweet & medium bitter. Light bodied. Finishes (eventually) rather bitter.

On tap at The Local Pub, Halandri. Aroma: Fragrant, hoppy and herbal nose. Mouthfeel: Light body with a good deal of carbonation going on. Taste: Delicious hoppy, nutty, caramel-like. Finish: Dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Overall: A very fine, flavoursome session beer.

12oz can. Pours a light amber color with a white head that settles quickly. Aroma is grainy and malty, not overly hoppy. Flavor is mild. The taste is a little grainy and has some hops in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is watey and not very complex.

Can from One Stop Brew Shop. Pours a dark, thick copper color with one finger head and small white rings of lacing. Aroma is malty, hoppy. Taste is caramel malts, cocoa powder, bitter hops, tobacco, very slight bit of tropical fruit detected. Decent beer.

Nice pale ale but nothing too special. Good head and redish color. The taste is of mixed fruit and same as the aroma. Recommended for long sessions as it goes down quite easily.

Sweet fleshy fruit aroma. Mid orange, brief large head settles to a scummy layer. Spicy husky retronasals. A little thin in the mouth, and with decent carbonation. Combined with the great bitter bite, this makes it very refresshing and crisp. Alas the taste has some of that crystal malty stickiness which I don’t like. Plenty of bitter hops though - mostly centennial, I guess. Later I even get that crystal malty porridginess in the aroma - bleh! A better than average APA, but aht’s not a style I like generally. Gets a bit cardboardy too, later.
