As far as pilseners go, this isn’t bad. Had this on tap at Mad Mex Robinson. Pour was a light gold with no head. Taste was typical pilsener-dry and crisp with some citrus. A lot tastier than most of the style.

Can courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a slightly hazy ligjt gold with some tiny floaties and a large pure white head that leaves some nice lacing. Aroma has notes of lemon, spice, yeast/bread and fresh cut grass. Light, crisp body. Nice flavour, great balance of fresh malt and sharp, dry hops, with some lingering citrus and spice. Very interesting pils, I quite liked it.

Canned and as fresh as it’s gonna be unless I go there. Hazy yellow, huge head, good retention and lacing. Aroma is very lemony, spicy, grassy with hints of bread. Light bodied, very drinkable. Lacking a little something I can’t quite pinpoint, but otherwise this is kickass.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2007 Can (12oz). Slightly hazy gold, large frothy/creamy white lasting head. Really pleasant sweet malt and fresh grassy hop aroma, a bit of green apple in there. Taste is ... a bit can-y - metallic, but it burns off after a while and you’re left with nice bitter floral/grassy hops and a bit of tangy fruit sweetness - very lively and fizzy mouthfeel, surprisingly long bitter finish and linger - really pretty nice, that odd metal note knocked it down a peg or two, but seems nicely on-style to me.

Can. Pours a light yellow body with active carbonation and a large white sudsy head. Hay-like grain aroma and mild cereal, peppery hops. Pleasant balanced flavour. Lots of spicy hops and biscuit malt. Very quaffable.
Thanks for hooking me up, Hogtownharry.

100th rater bought this to make Beer Can Chicken with a sligh twist. I am embracing the can revolution but it seems so weird when I poured this pedestrian ican nto into my majestic, large, dominating, beautiful Tripel Karmeliet tulip glass. Pours out much quicker than a bottle, forgot about that. Small head that quickly fades, medium lacing left. Color is cloudy yellow, cant see through the beer but has a nice translucence (well lit, like if the snorks leaved in a #1 only toilet). Aroma is grassy german pils, right on the dot for pale lager type of pils, which I am not a big fan of. Of course a large hop aspect as well. Taste has a bit of hop sweetness, followed by a malty crispy, bready kind of thang, chicken wang. Not bad in the taste department, leaves a grassy, hoppy, sweet atertaste. Pleasantly live carbonation. Drinking one now, one for the chicken and 4 for the friends (or emergencies I guess).

Sampled at Sly Fox on tap. Very nice, everything you look for in a pils. Clean, crisp, and some hops thrown in there too. One of the best pilseners I’ve had to date. I was impressed.

Not bad, rounded flavor for a Pils. Gets one thumb up. Session-y.

Can: Yellow with a big white head. Aroma, grassy and citrus hops, with some pale malts, a little bready. Flavor, peppery, lemon, yeasty. Pretty solid.

I loved that this is in cans. The taste and smell were average, but the concept was great.
