12oz. can. Hazy straw/amber colored with a medium white head that quickly dissipated. Mildly sweet aroma of bananas, cloves and a bit of citrus. Sweet, wheat malt flavor with notes of cloves, citrus and a touch of banana. Decent, easy drinking beer that was very refreshing after a hard afternoon of yard work.

poured from a 12 oz. can into a tall weiss glass A: Pours a refreshing-looking straw yellow with loads of yeast cloudiness. Huge fluffy head and an amazing amount of lacing throughout. S: Very rich yeast aromas with delicious hints of caramel and sweet ripened fruit. T/M: Very tangy, lemony flavors dominate, with a hint of sweetness throughout, creating a solid balance. Slightly too carbonated, but overall quite tasty. D: Incredibly easy-to-drink beer, would be a superb replacement at summer BBQs and get-togethers for your non-craft beer pals. Very well crafted! Another winner from Sly Fox, recommended!

There seems to bit some unbalance as I detect spiked fruit flavors and subdued ones with a banana bubblegum feel and a dry malty backbone which seems true to the German style but brings a bit too much bitterness to an otherwise flavorful beer.

Can via trade with Zathrus13 - Thanks! - Pours cloudy bright amber with a fair white frothy head that leaves some lace. Aromas of bannana, clove, yeast, and a touch of lemon. Flavor is bannana, clove, yeast, and a twist of lemon. Kind of chalky on the palate with a lingering sweet aftertaste. Not a bad hefe really..

Can via doclock: Pours a hazy pale orange color with a big white head. Aroma, spices, banana, cloves, wheat, yeast, some lemon, it’s thick with spices. Flavor, yeasty, banana, lemon, cloves, and other spices. Sticky almost chewy mouth feel, medium bodied. Some floral bitterness with the clove lingering the longest.

Sample at Firewaters in Atlantic City. This beer is a murky yellow/gold color with a medium thin and fizzy white head. The head burns away steadily and there are sheets of lacing. Wheaty aroma that has notes of banana and spice. Medium, smooth body with wheat, fruit and spice flavors. The finish is on the dry side and is bitter at first with a clove aftertaste. Above average all around.

Murky banana gold color with a fizzy off white head. Traditional nose of spicey bananas. Clove, coriander, banana, yeasty dough, and some orange juice. Mouthfeel is a little chewy for a refreshing beer. Still, a nice American take on the German wheat.

Had this great Hefe quite a few times on tap at the Phoenixville location. It is quite good. Cloudy, hazy in the glass with a crisp snap on the back that tastes like fresh fruit or the smell of a fruit rind. Sweetness is coupled with the refreshing qualities of any great Hefeweizen.

A couple of cans while eating ot at a swell BYOB Mexican restaurant in Fishtown. Nice color, not too fizzy, worked well with calamari salad with cilantro and the mole verde main course. I think this will replace Hoegaarden, and it’s higher pricing, as my wheat of choice this summer. Not overly cloved like Dreamweaver. Enjoy one this afternoon after you cut the grass.
