3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 richlikebeer (838) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 3, 2005
draught at the goat races, very sweet, grassy and fruity smell coming off a yellow cloudy body with a foamy white head. thought the flavor was a little to sweet and flowery. too much fruit/wheat taste, not enough spicyness to balance it out.

Tap @ brewpub. Hazy straw color with nice head that settles a bit too quickly. Why can’t a wheat beer hold a head? Aroma is banana and light dough. Taste has some peach as well as banana and mellow cloves and pepper. Really malty for a hefe. Good stuff.

Pretty, amazingly cloudy stuff, looks like unflitered cider. Not much scent. Sweet, bubblegum and yeast and a fair amount of clove.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 cb (810) - Roeland Park, Kansas, USA - JUN 6, 2004

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2005 Poured a hazy, yellow, gold color with a large fluffy white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, cloves, and slight citrus. Taste of banana, bubblegum, light lemon, and wheat. A very nice German Hefe, with esters and all.
4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 erway (1004) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - APR 8, 2004
Pours a deep orange with a wonderful crowning head. Very clean aroma of banana and cloves. Appetyzing and refreshing. A great example of the style. One of the best that I have had from the US.
4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 DocLock (6789) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 1, 2004
Pours a deep, very turbid straw color. The aroma is intense, with cloves, bananas, citrus, and yeast. First taste is citrus, cloves, yeast, subdued hops, and very banana. Finishes with a flourish of the flavors above, but with even more banana. Wonderful weisse.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 BrianO (138) - Ambler, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 31, 2003
Cloudy appearance and a little darker that most hefeweizens but still to style. Aroma is of banana, clove, and maybe vanilla. Palate is nice - good carbonation, not too thin or thick. Flavors are wheat, citrus, lemony, maybe some munich? Has a perfect bitterness. Not bad.
