12oz can. Murky yellow-gold with a huge rocky white head. Heavy yeast aromatics, clove, banana, and tinges of bubblegum. Grainy wheat with minor vegetal hop tones up front. Spicy phenols then dominate, some fruity esters compliment. Tangy wheat tinge in the finish, with long residual clove and bubblegum. Mouthfeel is a medium light, rather smooth.

From the willblake gift pack, of which I am really not worthy! Nice banana and clove, not bubblegummy. Definitely a little more spicy, hoppy (grassy, dry) than other hefes. Overall dry and very drinkable. Even when warm, doesn’t fall apart into still, heavy acridness. Very good interpretation!

Nice crisp wheat aroma, pours a cloudy light tan with a small, fluffy, white head. Nice sweet wheat flavor, crisp carbonation cleanses the palate after each sip. Very drinkable wheat ale.

From a can. Felt a bit heavier on the palate, wheaty aroma with some yeast. Banana and clove in n otherwise regular hefe.

Can - what else? Hazy medium yellow pour under a tall white head which settles quickly but not completely. Fruity and mildly spicy aroma with banana predominating. Spot on German Hefe flavor profile with an abundance of banana and cloves. Silky mouthfeel with active carbonation and a sweet fairly crisp finish. A good representation of the style and another example of how a can can house a good brew.

(Can) Pours a cloudy golden tan body with a large fluffy white head. Aroma of florals, wheat, and light citrus. Flavor of orange peel, mild hops, banana, and some clove.

12 oz can shared with willblake at willblake’s studio apartment/bar. Poured a hazy ronagey/yellow color that reminded me of straw with a small off white head. Aroma was grass, wheat and some lemon. Flavor was similiar to the aroma and was an easy sipping beer. Once again I am really loving this whole good beer in a can thing.

Dull yellow color, decent head. Lots of banana, yeast, spice, very flavorful, and a good attempt at a German Hefe, Some bitterness on the aftertaste, but still, very good. Thanks to Doclock for this one, Mystery swap 2.0

Hazy, golden yellow color, with a very minimal head. Good yeasty flavors with banana, slight clove and some solid spiciness. Overall, not too bad. [Thanks to Zarathrus for the can]
