Pours cloudy golden orange with soapy white head that doesn’t last long but leaves some skim. Nose is wheat, dough, tangerine, very light banana. The palate is bread and lemon rind. After a few minutes, the banana and clove notes of the traditional weisse show up, though fairly subdued. It’s uncomplicated but refreshing. Sometimes on a warm day, you just want a cold one. This is for those times.
