Cloudy beige/tan, with large bubbles and a large head. Aroma of pear and slightly sweaty yeast. Flavour is balanced with some moderate sweetness, covered by yeastiness. Finishes with a hint of wheaty tartness. Full body, spritzy at the end. OK, but not really hitting the high notes I want from the style (esp in terms of malt sweetness and estery/phenolic complexity). Thanks, John!

on tap-pours an off white head that laces and cloudy dark orange color. Aroma-I thought was raw wheat (although brewer Tim says all roasted, zero raw) some spice. Taste is plenty of clove up front, raw wheat, banana. Nice. OK carbonation.
