I really liked this! A nice copper color body that was slightly opaque. A nice off-white, frothy head that had great retention and nice lacing. Aroma had a big hop profile mostly a pine note with some grapefruit notes. Flavor was mostly hops, bold hops fruit malt notes subtly balanced out the aggressive hop notes. Finish was dry.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 06/08/2009 Hoppy aroma. Bronze coloured very hoppy and fruity pineapple flavour with a little dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

On tap at Beer Temple, 7% ABV, assuming like others that it is this one. Copper colour with a creamy, lacing offwhite head. Citrussy hoppiness with hints of caramel in the mouth. Very bitter. Maybe a bit light body. Highly drinkable.

amber clear with frothy marshmallow head. this is nothing special aroma wise I don’t really care for the mix of traditional German hops with the Left Coast varieties - would prefer one of the other. I do appreciate the bittering but the floral nose and frutiness is buried. I’d drink it again but only in a bind. My store was out of hoppy specimens today.

On tap at Beer Temple. Dark orange body with nice head. Very hoppy nose. Very hoppy taste and tart. Slightly malts. Well-balanced. Citrus in the finish. (I confirmed that it is indeed the 113 IPA)

On tap at Beer Temple. The tap list just mentioned Sly Fox IPA, so I guess it’s this one, although it was 7%.. Clear deep amber colour, fluffy and rocky off white head. Aroma of orange peel, citrus and toffee. Flavour is light sweet, caramel, citrus like grapefruit and oranges, metal, rather dry and bitter finish. Medium to fullbodied, smooth oily mouthfeel.

22oz bottle served in a tulip glass. Lightly hazed amber with a large off-white head. Smells of caramel, pine, herbal, and citrus. The flavor is slightly woody with touches of pine, lemon, and grapefruit. Lasting dry finish. A bit odd but maybe it is a bad bottle. I’ll re-rate when I get a chance.
