355ml can. Pours almost orange with a nice off white head Very good smell of sweet malts, some caramel and lots of fruits. In the mouth the fruity hops are almost overwhelmed by their vegetal bitter side. Long lasting bitter aftertaste. A bit too unbalanced.

Aromas of citrusy and spicy, herbal hops, some malt. Hazy burnt orange-amber with a lasting thin, satiny, lacey, off-white head. Dry, snappy, bitter, balanced by some malt sweetness. Light-medium bodied.

0.33l can brought home from Mikkeller & Friends. It quickly develops a huge really frothy and lasting light head on top of a cloudy deep amber almost a little brownish copper colored body. Lots of caramel and pine on the nose. Almost a little sticky and punchy like a double IPA. Sticky marmalade and lots of hops. Really nice both looks and smell on this puppy. Lots of flavor also! Not sweet at all, but it has a strong piney hoppy flavor. I almost get a little bit of burned bitter wood here as well, and I quite like it. Could it be rye I’m tasting? Green bitter coffee beans and it has this thick oily mouthfeel wrapped in a average small bubbled carbonation level. Loaded with flavor and it’s getting more and more bitter in the finish. One unique flavorful IPA, really quite a tasty and I won’t have any problems drinking this again and again! 27.01.2014

Can purchased somewhere in Rome - Italy. Pours a nice dark amber, a bit cloudy with a consistent beige foamy head which lasts almost until the end of the tasting. Nose: caramel, amber malts, roast, tropical fruits and a bit of grass. Mouth: very nice... well-balanced combination of bitterness and bread notes with a slight after taste of smoked food. Very bitter and quite enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reviewed from notes. I poured this into a pint glass. The appearance was a deep hazy amber color with a half a finger’s worth of foamy white head. There was some light stringy lacing. The smell had a tropical fruity/slightly citrusy aromas surrounding a nice light maltiness about it. The taste was citrusy sweet with some light tropical flavorings coming back in. I didn’t get any aftertaste. However, I did get a quick dry spicy finish. On the palate, it sits about a medium and ends up giving my taste buds a nice assault as an AIPA should. Overall, this was a pretty good AIPA well worthy of having again.

330ml can. Deep copper with a medium toffee colour head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is toffee and malt. Loads of malt flavours, giving way to soft fruit and hops. A little spicy and earthy. Slightly slick mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Nice.

12oz can, picked up today from Perfect Pour. Best by 6/23/14. Labeled 7%, 113 IBU. Clear red orange color. Pours with a bigger khaki head. Leaves good, thicker lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick finish. Caramel malt. Spicy earthiness to the flavor. Bigger bitterness. Light sweet. OK IPA. A bit out of balance. A bit too bitter, without the hop aromatics to make that all worth it.

On tap at Roebling inn. Nice. Strong hoppy flavor with good bitterness. Pours a classic pale. Nothing amazing but solid ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Fairly dark maple pour. Tons of head and lacing. Beautiful looking beer. Hoppy floral and fruity nose. Taste has bitterness throughout with a solid malt backbone. Good but I wish it was a tad sweeter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
