3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Half Time. Pours medium gold with tiny bubbles and a four finger frothy white head. Mildly funky aroma. Medium body with sparkling carbonation. Flavor is funky and yeasty. Maybe a tad musty. Finishes that way. Farmhouse it is. Good stuff.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A: The pour is a slightly hazed golden orange color with a huge white head that eventually settles down.
S: A strong aroma of apple and pear. There’s plenty of orange peel, grass, wet hay, and coriander. There’s a moderate malt character to it, providing a bit of lightly toasted bread notes.
T: More sweet fruits such as the apples and pears. A definite bitterness that seems to be from an orange peel sort of flavor. There’s just a touch of sugar along with some white pepper and pale, cracker malts.
M: The body is medium with a high level of carbonation and a slightly dry finish.
D: The peppery note on the flavor and the wet hay aroma are a bit strong, but otherwise this was not bad.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a huge, frothy, white head. Terrific retention. Spicy, breadsy nose with banana, pale and fuzzy fruit esters, coriander phenol and dough. Sweet, fruity flavor up front, then gently bitter, slightly pungent and spicy on the backside. Medium-bodied and creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finishes a touch tangy then fairly dry. Without the cage, my bottle would’ve opened itself. Feisty!

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The smell is a bit barnyard, with lots of malt behind it. The taste, from a medium plus mouthfeel,is hoppy and mildly spicey, and is a bit astringent in the finish.Drinkable though not best of style.Orange with off-white head.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Hazy bright golden colour with a thick pillowy white head. Sweet spicy/yeasty aroma with a touch of sweatiness underneath it. Earthy and dusty. Coriander spiciness, orange peel and apple skins all make an appearance here. Spicy wheatiness that is particularly appealing. Flavour is fantastically dry with a spicy yeastiness underlying a soft flowery and wheaty flavour. A bit of lingering hop flavour makes its presence known as the temperature comes up a bit. Light lime citrus and green peppercorns all contribute to making this one of the tastiest saisons I’ve come across. Gorgeous brew.
