A Sim rate (on tap at the Marshall Stack, Natís downstairs bar): I expected a hoppier aroma, but it smells a bit like a British bitter. Bit of hops if you really sniff at it. Otherwise, itís barley and corn. Golden amber in colour with a disappearing head. Nice bitter hops in the flavour with a kick that hits you as you swallow. Wow... bitter! Tasty tartness with a subtle sweetness. Really liking it.

Tap. Poured amber with an white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and pine. Flavor was mostly the same but finished rather dry. Keep pumping them out.

On tap at Spuyten Duyvil in Brooklyn! A- Murky bright orange hue, off-white wispy foam retains, big thick lacing S- Moderate pine resin hops, slightly acidic citrus, tinges of caramel malts and alcohol T- Initial taste is mostly super-bitter hops and sweet caramel malts, finishes very dry and bitter M- Medium-bodied, oily texture coats the mouth, mild carbonation D- An uber bitter IPA that is bold and interesting but somewhat lacking in flavors, rather ambivalent about this one so I probably wouldnít get it again.

Tap. Poured amber with a nice fluffy off white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and pine. Flavor was mostly the same but finished rather dry. Still very drinkable at 7%.

Flowery hop up front, with a good mouth feel, and a smooth citrus end. Good, but not the best of the IPA day.

Crystal clear amber orange color. Aroma of skunky weed. Sharp completely bitter taste. Too harsh for me. Oily texture.

On tap at the Phoenixville location. Poured an amber color with an off white head. Aromas of citrus and an earhty / floralness. Tastes of citurs, light caramel, and pine. Smooth body.

Draft at Barcade. Aroma of some grainy malt, a little citrus and some pine. The malt is really bad in this one; grainy and corny. The hops arenít too impressive either; just not fresh tasting or crisp.

On tap at Barcade; was really disappointed with this beer. I liked the concept of brewing different IPAs this year. Main problem was the hop flavor; it just wasnít very good for me.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Pale amber, crystal clear with a non-existant head. Aroma is quite woody and bitter smelling. Quite thin-bodied, pale industrial malt. Very woody/herbal smelling. Very strong assertive bitterness. Light orangey and lemony citrus. Comes across fairly astringent on the finish. This one didnít work for me.
