3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from 12 oz. can.
Cloudy, golden yellow with a 4-finger off-white head and good lacing.
Aroma of lemony citrus, light fruit, pepper and yeast.
Taste of Belgian yeast, light citrus, sweet light fruit and spice.
Medium body and medium carbonation.
A respectable Belgian pale ale. I'm not sure I would call it an IPA. Easy to drink, but not on a par with the great Belgian pale ales.

12oz can courtesy of Zizzybaluba (thanks bro). Golden hue, slightly murky clarity with almost fully diminishing white fizzy head. No lacing. Sweet wheat aroma, light fruit and spice aromas. Super crisp light fruit taste up front with more of a light spice on the finish. Dry finish on the palate.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz can pours hay pale yellow with 2 finger head. Nose is light with some soft farmy grain and pepper, yeast spice, orange and lemon. Palate follows the nose with nice citrus notes and peppery yeast that adds nice flavor without dominating. Finishes with a blend of grainy straw, fruity yeast and lemony orange. Nice little saison.

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Spicy and sweet with a peppery taste. Really awesome. Definitely a belgian style. Theres a really pleasant sweetness that is balanced by a hoppy bitterness. I haven’t had a lot of Saisons but this one is pretty good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Big musk on the nose, soft wheat. Medium bodied, nice yeast coming through, musky and lemony. Long musky finish. Tasty stuff.
