33cl flaske kjøpt i Brüssel. Ølet er ettergjæret på flaska. Skummet var luftig og noe lett etter helling. Lukter fruktig. Ølet har en noe spesiell brun farge pga sedimentene. Bra fylde, litt fruktig i smaken, litt mye alkoholsmak i ettersmaken. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very cloudy dark brown color with a large foamy tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy caramel, molasses and fig. The flavor was dryish with notes of molasses, caramel, vanilla, biscuit, tart cherry and malted milk. Long dryish cream, caramel and vanilla finish. Fairly full bodied. Interesting.

Ambrata, con schiuma abbondante, ma grossolana e di scarsa persistenza. Aroma fruttato di albicocche, mele, con note di malto, coriandolo e zucchero candito. Nel palato morbida, fruttata, con un finale discretamente amaro. Astringenza moderata.

Bottle. It’s a hazy, copper colored beer with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. Dried fruits, nuts, caramel, some anise and raspberry. Quite a lot of sugar too. Too much carbonation I think, and it’s full-bodied and semi-sweetish on the palate. Spiced, sweetish and raspberry tasting. Some nuts, caramel and a pleasant bitterness too. Alcohol notes. Bitter, roasted finish with raspberry. Quite a lot of good flavors and aroma, but it’s a bit messy. 131214

Light brown, small off-white head. chocolate, caramel, spicy. taste: a lot of chocolate, above average carbonation (bit ruining the beer), sweet touch in the finish, but has something ’wrong’ on it.

Pours a caramelish brown beer with a good white head. Smells sweet and malts. Tastes licorice. Lively carbo, medium body and a dry texture.

HOME 20130303 (33 cl bottle, long version) An amber coloured clear beer with a big stable beige head which sticks to the glass. A smell of sweetness and caramel, some roasted malt, Fruity (raisins) and slightly chocolate. The taste is somewhat sour (not nice), caramel, little roasted malt and bitterness from hops and malt. In the aftertaste we found bitterness from hops and malt, but it is also not that nice. Somewhat phenolic-like bitterness
