Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow color, huge fizzy white head. Smells as if it was ’cellar aged’ for a damn long time, a lot of dust and pretty stale. Taste is -fortunately- a bit better. Lightly malts, a touch of fruity bitter. That’s if you don’t sniff it when you drink. Fizzy carbonation, ok body.

Bottle K & L wines. Huge white active meringue like head. Lace that doesn’t quit. Way underrated! This brewery rocks! This beer rocks too! Big apple skin nose. You would swear this is a fruit beer if you didn’t know better. Light and refreshing with a German-esque flare. Mouth feel is incredible. Frothy, smooth and clean. Citrus skin hop bitterness that really stays on your tongue. Apples, wheat, lemons and slight peach. A delicate flavorful beer. A must try.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has herbal and grassy hops along with spice and pineapple and a minerally yeasty note. Sweetish fruity flavour with a nice firm grassy hop bitter finish

HOME 20130303 (33cl bottle, long version) A yellow beer with some cloudiness and a big white head which stick to the glass. The aroma is somewhat malt, grass-like, citrus-like hops, some spicy. A light yeast smell. A very small sweetness (and malt) is nearly immediately taken over by fruity bitterness of citrus and marmalade. In the aftertaste is the beer very hop-bitter dry. A little too much, because the other nice taste is in the background. Also some yeast and spicy is coming up.

Aroma is citrus and heavily spiced. The flavor is yeast, citrus, spices, a hint of bubble gum/bananas and a mix of tangy and heat in the finish.

On the Fourth Day of Christmas the beer Gods gave to me... an underrated Belgium ale. Pours a pale golden orange color with a very thick white foam head. An aroma of caramel, citrus, zest, and earthiness. A dry sweet taste with a soft finish. Hop hit very muted. Solid brew.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.
