Bottle 330ml.

Light unclear medium grey orange to yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate yeasty, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of vanilla, eggs, and some malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrusy hops, and spices - among themvanilla, leading to a dry spicy finish where a light note of alochol also appears.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and slight yeasty. Citrusy, yeasty and mellow malty aroma. Citrusy and yeasty flavoured. Slight hoppy and fruity. Bitter and hoppy finish.

Botle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a dense white head leaving some laces. Dry and astringent fruity nose. Medium body, sweet fruit and citrus with a very dry astringency. 130910

Bottled@Pressklubben, Stockholm. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour, small beigeish head. Aroma is fruits, sweet malts, mild herbal notes as well as some quite pleasant earthy spicyness. Wellbalanced and quite bodied.

Draught at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Floral nose with loght notes of cellar. Mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel, lightly spritzy. A bit of salt, dust, orange and cellar. Salty bitterish finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy golden coloured with a huge white head, Fruity and spicy aroma of yeast. Spicy flavour of yeast and hops. Spicy and hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Sweetish malty spicy hoppy flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours muddy golden with a small white head. YEast, perfume, spice and cookie dough. A bit of alcohol. Dry end.
