Made strong in the fine tradition of making things strong. Built from apples, built to refresh.

12 oz can. Pours deep golden with lot of bubbles. Aroma is of ripe, sweet apples. Body is medium, mostly sweet. Taste is of fresh apples. Sweet fruit dominates over slight bitterness. Finish is long, bittersweet. I prefer less sweet cider.

Can. Pours gold with no head. The aroma is strong apple skin and straw. Thin, tart apple, wheat, crisp, crushable, good.

Good aroma consisting of apples, sugar, and hints of floral notes, with very faint vanilla in the background. Pour is beautiful with a smooth, good-sized head. Taste is sweet, straightforward primarily of apples. Bits of flowers, spices in the mouth. Not too long or short on the palate.

Clear light hay hue, nose of sugary apples. Flavor of sugary apples and...thatís about it. Itís like woodchuck. Just sugary and slightly boozy apple juice.

Pint can dated jun2016 into a chalice. A: Sweet apples and alcohol. Like Booneís farm. S: Pours clear pinkish orange the color of gasoline. Big popping bubbles. T: Tart first note with the full apple sweetness rounding out the flavor. Not as boozy as I expected. M: Slightly more fizzy than it looks. Carbonation works well with the taste. Medium heft. O: Not bad at all but still just a bit too much sweetness as I prefer dry cider.

Pours clear golden color with some effervescence, and a 1/2-finger off-white head. Aroma of apples with a touch of sourness. Body is a touch lighter than medium, lightly syrupy. It has a light fizziness that lingers in the finish. Stereotypical flavor, but very "clean" for lack of a better way to put it. A bit of cidery tartness mixed with apples.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2016 12-ounce cans in a pint glass. A bit sweeter than other ciders I have had, but rather sour as well. Not bad, but not as good as Crispin Honey Crisp.
