Pours a amber color with a decent sized head. Slightly sweet, roasted malt flavor with a touch of hops. Somewhat of a thin, watery mouthfeel. Easy drinking and a pretty good, easily obtainable beer.

Jul 17, 2008 They should just call this beer "Guiness Light". You can definitely tell it’s from the same brewers. It’s not bad though, roasty, malty flavors on the pallet, maybe a hint of coffee??? I don’t know, but basically it’s Guiness with a lighter kick to it.

Jul 14, 2008 Taste 7/8. My bottle says 4.5abv not the listed 5%. Looks: Clear brown, light lacing.Aroma: Grain/malt, yeast. Taste: Better than expected with Guinness on the label. Ingredients come through well. Round, spicy and toasted.Mild sour yeast. Mildly sticky. Fills the mouth well. Worth brewing and drinking.

the aroma has a malty caramel hint, which I really love in my beer. There is a reddish amber color, and the foamy head is off-white and really soapy. This has promise....the taste is best described...as clean. It is a bit sweet, not bitter in anyway....a little too much carbonation, but all in all...very nice. Good beer....
