Keg - Stag’s Head, Dublin 2. A significant improvement on the standard fare from Smithwicks. Lighter in colour than the standard brew - and more of a taste despite the insistence of serving it very cold...micro breweries and craft beers have left this in the dust in Ireland though.

On tap in Dublin. Pours a golden color with a thick white head made of tiny bubbles. Aroma of hops. Good IPA. I Recommend it.

Bottle. Appearance: Pale orange, thick snow white head, tons and tons of visible carbonation. Aroma: quite hoppy (I'm surprised) with a hint of lemon zest, barley and malt in there too. Flavour: Grassy hops however with a mild lemon Flavour running through it, grassy with lots of carbonation, long bitter finish. Not bad.

bottles from gormelys centra. citrus on the nose. crisp pale flavor . nice head and lacing throughout. a decent session beer. although not overly complex and too dry for my liking. giving you a very dry aftertase that lasts. must try brew with Amarillo hops and recreate similar myself.

Bottled, 0.5l. Clear dark golden color with creamy white head and lively visible carbonation. Aroma of grassy hops, fruits and biscuity malt. UPDATED: JUN 30, 2012 Decent beer, nothing to write home about. Full bodied pale ale, with fine drinkability, slightly bitter. Again, nothing fancy going on with this beer.

Aroma: pale malt, fruity floral hop like goldings.
Taste: grainy pale malt, shrubby hops like pacific varieties, fruity esters, and a grainy cereal note.
