12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty, vague butterscotch. Citric, milky and almost tart. Citric finish, light roasted note.

Medium body, subtle roast and then a MASSIVE lactic infection, extremely sour in an extremely unpleasant way - jeez! Horrible - at least as is in this bottle. 250313

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy orange-red coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and cress. Fruity and light acidic flavour of berries. Tart finish.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with weak sour hints. Fruity malty sour citric caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel sour finish with weak hoppy hints.

Clear amber-brown colour, small beige head. Sweet toasty caramel butter sour acid aroma. Fair mouthfeel. Sweet toasty caramel sour acid infected fruity flavour.

on tap-pours a off white ring for a head and amber color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-honey/toffee. Taste is sweet medium malt-honey/toffee/peat, some earthy hops. Mild carbonation.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. dense off whtie head. Aroma. butter, vegetables and herbs. Flavour. sourness, butter and vegetables. thin bodied. ends sourish and buttery.

Draft sample at the brewpub in Pigeon Forge. Poured a clear dark brown color with a medium off-white frothy head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Medium toasted nutty malty aroma. Medium body. Medium toasted bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of average duration.

Draft... Clear, deep amber ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Malty aroma with fruity esters and biscuity notes. Well-balanced, malty flavor with toffee esters. Medium-bodied and creamy with mild carbonation. Water, lightly tangy finish.
