Black with brown edges. Soft texture. Curious sourness. Sweet chocolate, toast, mild roast. Lightly burnt finish. Mildish bitterness. Sourish finish. Not a bad stout, but not overly exciting. Nevertheless, enjoyable and easy-to-drink.

Draught. Body is dark brown to black. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel, chocolate, roasted grain), lightly hoppy (grapefruit). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
