Jul 8, 2008 Growler from New Beer in Manhattan. Deep golden amber, white head that dissipates quickly. Prett fruity(citrus) nose and flavor, a little too sweet. Nose of light fruits, sweet malt. Flavor has a lightly spiced carbonation.

Jul 5, 2008 Growler. Aroma of various fruits, lemon, raspberry, blueberry, all in the vein of pie filling. Flavor ticklingly spicy, bready, not terribly yeasty for a Belgian, even an American Belgian, but this also allows for a very crisp (mildly dry), refreshing mouthfeel and finish. Bottle it up!

Jul 4, 2008 Growler from Big Z, Huntington, NY. Pours a light clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of light fruit, tart raspberries, raspberry jam, and light flowery hops. Initial flavor of spices, anise star, light fruit, crisp apple, wheat/bready malt. So light and crisp, a little hot with all the spices. Absolutely delicious and easy to drink.

Jun 14, 2008 on tap @Blind Tiger-pours a foamy head that reduces to a white ring and cloudy yellow/orange color. Aroma is mild sweet light fruit, light malt. Taste is mild sweet light fruit, light malt, some floral. Easy drinking. Mild effervescence.

Jun 12, 2008 Tap at blind tiger. Pours a typical blegian blonde ale- hazy golden almost light orangey with a nice tight white head and good lace. Aroma is a bit on the weak side- light lemon and citrus, light phenolic, grassy hoppy hints and light crackery pale malts. Flavor is nice and refreshing- clean doughy malts, lemon grass, slight orange peel, wet hay, and a clean bitter hoppy finish with slight slickness.
