COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Big flowery hop aroma. Slightly darker than golden color, not much head. Big hop flavor, decent blance. Pretty nice example.

Big, stickey sweet hop aroma. Thin clingy head. Light orage in color, lighter than I exspected. Big hops flavir, balanced pretty well with malts and sugar. This is a good IPA, that is not overly "green" with hops, but has a warm, deep hop flavor. Damn Good!

Hops and citrus nose, deep orange, small white head. Very hoppy taste, fairly well balanced. Well made example.

Kind of a weird hazy-orange color. Very good tasting IPA - lots of hops to chew on without going overboard. Very well balanced and clean.

(1 pint 6 bottle) Pours a thin, white, foamy head and a orange, flaked body. Nose of cascade hops, orange, and cask whiskey. Minimal burn... surprising! Cascade hops and citrus. Interestingly different. Nice stuff!

Poured a dark amber color with a thick off-white head. The aroma is a bit hoppy and very citrusy with hints of orange. Slightly bitter finish. A nice easy drinking IPA.

On tap at Isaac Newton's in Newtown,PA. Very Nice! Strong hops presence with hints of grapefruit and pine. Minimal head with no lacing, but the taste and aroma is top notch. I'll take another.

Amber hue with orange highlights. Large rocky off-white head and very good lace. Big hoppy aroma (floral as well as grapefruity and piney). Also detected some bubble gum, pepper, meaty yeast, and buttered toast tones on the nose. Big and balanced taste with both large qualities of malt and hops well balanced. Piney and bitter finish, metallic. Medium-bodied with a creamy and lively mouthfeel, slight presence of alcohol. An imperial IPA? Aggressively hopped and very similar to Stone Ruination IPA. Highly recommended.

I love IPAs. This was was a fine example of an American IPA. Hops and citrus (orange) strkes your nose. Hazy mahogany colour with big lumps of yeast. However, the beer is a bit too thin to balance the humongous hop flavour. Tasted with a fine cheddar (clos du Clocher) which was a good match, but divorce was imminent, as the cheese brought about too much of the bitterness, almost to a metallic level.
