Commercial Description:
For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Growler fill form Bierkraft. Smells of citrus hops. Pours a deep amber with a nice firm head. The mouthfeel was heavy hops and citrus fruit along with the nice balanced finish of some bitterness.

Draught: Strong bitter aroma. Smelled strongly of hops, grapefruit, and marijuana. Poured a golden/amber color with a rocky white head that partly lasted and partly diminished. Fair lacing. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor was heavily bitter. Tasted very hoppy, mainly of grapefruit. Medium body. Average carbonation. Medium-length bitter finish. A great IPA.

22 oz bomber. Pours a hazy golden/orange with an average size white head. Aroma is floral hops with light citrus and some molasses sweetness. Flavor follows suit with no suprises but holds up to the aroma nicely. Medium to full palate with just the right amount of carbonation. Definitely worth trying.

This Big IPA pours a nice hazy golden color. The head is almost non existant, and there is little, if any lacing to speak of. Nice hoppy, citrusy smell. The flavor is hops, grapefruit, fruit, pines and grass. There is bitter, biting, strong finish. Nice IIPA.
