Commercial Description:
For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

bottle. Thanks Goldorak. copper boddy with red tinges and a fluffy white head. aroma is sweet hops, bread, yeast, and a trace amount of alcohol. body starts out with a whack of grapefruit citrus hops leading into a balance of biscuit malt and warm alcohol. some sweet malt on the lips and sharp hops in the finish. pretty good.

(bottle carted home from New Hampshire). Hazy gold with smallish white head. Lovely floral hops aroma. Flavor is well balanced between hops and malt. It really doesn’t come across as overly hoppy. Outstanding "imperial" IPA.

Wow, very nice! This one is a IPA lover’s dream Nice and hoppy, subtle malt backing, a big punch of hoppy aroma, loads of citrus, grass, sweetness, subtle alcohol in the nose. Very well crafted. Head is gone in a flash, especially in a big snifter glass, but good experience.

Bright orange color with thin but heavy cream white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is floral and sharp. Flavor is floral, full and resiny. Tasty stuff.

Hazy orange color with lots of floaties, thick rocky white head. Excellent aroma and flavor of spicy and citrusy hops with caramel and a bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and moderate carbonation.

Head dissipates very quickly. Nice Golden Color. Citrus Peachy sweet taste before the bitter of the IPA kicks in. The bitterness expands nicely at the tail. Nice signature for an IPA.

Update from a 2007 bomber. Way better than the 06 and a good amount better than the fresh 05. 2005 bomber. Pours a hazy deep gold/ medium orange with a very nice fluffy head and good lace. Everything else reminded me of last years. The appearance has just gotten a lot better. 2004: Red color with slight head, and lots of floaty hops and some yeast. Lots of hoppy aromas, with minimal malt. Flavor is loaded with lots of citrus and floral hops with some piney flavors toward the end. Great beer, but im not crazy about the floating hops.
