Commercial Description:
For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Bottle. Pours slight coppery orange. Sweet malts and a mix of citrus and floral hop aromas, with some alcohol too. Sweet malty to begin with, but huge hops take over, with citrusy hops, and then a huge lingering bitterness. Nice balance.

Bottle: Courtesy of OldGrowth via trade. Aroma is sweet with a citrus hop balance. Almost a peachy aroma in there too. Pours a transparent orange with a small soapy looking white head. Starts off rather sweet, but that is quickly overtaken by a big citrusy hop finish. Hops really linger for some time in the aftertaste. Like the aroma, there is a touch of peach in the background. Light alcohol is barely noticeable in the finish.

Bottle. Pink grapefruit color with a medium-sized white head that receded quickly and left some very pretty lacing all down the glass. Rich fruity, spicy aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor is well balanced between citrus and piney hops, and caramel and bicuit malts. Very drinkable. Very nice. Perfect for a slightly chilly rainy Summer day.

Hazy pinkish-amber body under a thin white head. Apricot / orange aroma. Big strong hoppy flavor: sharp catty citrus hops over a tart yeasty malt backbone. Dry, caramely finish.

Aroma of dried fruit, grapefruit hops, some vinous notes. Barlywine-ish. Cloudy orange-brown with a thin, white head. Sweet initially with some caramel malt and then all hoppy bitterness with lots of orange citrus goodness. Medium full body with a creamy-dry texture and lightly metallic finish. Thanks to DavidP for sharing.

a cloudy golden orange w/ a nice well laced white head that dissapated to quickly. Aroma is a big carmel nose w/ a light strawberry bitter hop. Palate is creamy well coated a bit acidici w/ a nice carbonation. Flavor is a nice bitter citrus like oranges w/ a light carmel malt. Good stuff.. Thanks to dave for sharing.

Thanks to DavidP! The aroma is divine. Peaches, grapefruit, oranges, vanilla, caramel, wow... wow. The flavor has some sort of stale type hop in it that is subtle. There’s also tons of citrus, caramel, some pine. Very delicious. The palate is sweet and bitter and dry.

Poured a slightly hazy amber with gold and orange highlites under a small to medium dusky white head. Curtains of lacing clung to the glass until the final sip. Vibrant aroma of citrus (grapefruit), peaches, vanilla, hops, malt and brown sugar. All those flavors mingled nicely atop a hearty and sweet malty center with a bracing hop bitterness. Very creamy mouthfeel and a complex hoppy, sweet and crisp finish. Some alcohol begins to show through in the flavor as the beer warms. Glad this started showing up on store shelves around here - I’ll have to help ensure they don’t stay there too long.
