COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Pale color on the pour, great aroma, lots of citrus hops present. Very nice taste not as much citrus in the taste. Still a great hoppy bite to it! Very nice IPA

Slightly hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma is quite malty but I also get oranges, sweet orange peel, overripe tangerines and also some booze. Taste is quite balanced. Malty but not sweet, earthy, citrusy, piney hops, medium to harsh bitterness on the finish and lingers on the aftertaste with grapefruit flavor. Medium body and carbonation, feels quite smooth. Overall it’s a classic double IPA with a solid malt backbone and a good amount of bitterness.

Well done and well balanced without having any kind of special character. Just a nice, well constructed DIPA. Hazy amber pour with good head and lacing. Bitter finish with tangerine and a touch of booze. Bottle from a Total Wine in Maryland.

33cl bottle. Hazy orange with medium head. The beer has an aroma of sweet syrupy and candied tropical fruits, pine, clementine, pomelo and citrus peel. Also some cheese cake. Medium carbonation and creamy, fluffy mouth feel. The beer is well balanced, medium sweet, not cloying at all. Hop burn is there with ginger and grapefruit peel bitterness. Bitterness is medium and it doesn’t last too much. One of those DIPAs that are quite easy to drink. A nice one.

Sampler at hayseed. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves a shitload of lacing in the glass. Big pine notes on the nose. Fairly robust pine on the tongue. Finished clean. Hides it's booze well. It's a big IPA that's also an easy drinker. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Offiziell 98 IBUs? Ich schätze anfangs 60, dann 120!!!!!

UPDATED: JUL 13, 2016 Aroma and appearance do not really strike out, though I love the bottle. The taste is bittersweet and more sweet than bitter. The fruity taste remains long after swallowing. This taste is warming, fullmouthed, complex but in harmony.

Draft pour into goblet. Aroma is malt base, citrus, fruit. Appearance is greenish yellow with finger-width white foamy head with decent retention and tons of sudsy lacing. Taste is as aroma. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, soft to average carbonation and nice fruity finish. Overall, this scores high across the board.

Tap @ hopfenreich. Pours deep clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of big resiny hops, caramel malts, orange, plums and ripe citrus notes. The taste is very bitter with big fat hops backed up by a malty backbone. Lots of grapefruit and citrus notes as well. Oily body. If you are in the mood for this it will not let you down.
