For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Clear, orange. Dirty white head. Hoppy citrus, malty sweetness/caramell, some meringue. Big bitterness, some malt... (Can’t really find all the dry hopping that the description mentions. maybe a tired bottle?, best by 25/9-14...)

Tap @ hopfenreich. Pours deep clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of big resiny hops, caramel malts, orange, plums and ripe citrus notes. The taste is very bitter with big fat hops backed up by a malty backbone. Lots of grapefruit and citrus notes as well. Oily body. If you are in the mood for this it will not let you down.

Poured from the four pack of bottles pours a murky orange with hardly any head. Taste is sour, boozy, hoppy, really bitter, this is a strong beer and really thick the first 2 went down like sludge, the 2nd 2 went down like water.

At At Sooogood (SG75). Pours pale yellow with no head. Smooth malt tang at the initial taste then a lingering mild mild hop finish. An very refreshing slightly creamy mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Bel colore dorato, velata, schiuma bianca frizzantina e compatta. Al naso bel sentore floreale ed erbaceo. Si conferma al palato, una dipa finalmente ben luppolata, fresca, alcol non così importante come in altre birre. Finale secco. Buona carbonazione. Ottima

Bevuta in bottiglia da 33 cl da orobirra a torino. Assolutamente sopravvalutata. Birrificio epico. Imperial ipa non male ma veramente scarsa per le aspettative. Finale etiopico.

Wonderful floral hops aroma, a Lot of Tangerine, Peach, pineapple, orange Flower, Lemon zest. Incredibly aroma, so sweet and Plenty of fruits, light aroma of Honey, cracker, And reminiscence of piney. Incredible. Sweet Honey with a Lot of Grapefruit, citrus presence. Some pineapple, Peach, stone fruits, mango and papaya, before the bitter citrussy piney finish. I like it a Lot. A little carbonation, thin texiture, but no watery. Complex and balanced, i like it a Lot.
