COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
What is Bouncy House? Itís the next step in our quest to brew the perfect low-alcohol, high-flavor, hoppy American ale. We learned a few things from brewing ParadoX earlier this year, like lowering the alcohol content and avoiding the terms "session" and "IPA." When you taste Bouncy House, youíll taste a modest malt bill of North American 2-row, British pale ale malt, C-60 and Aromatic malt mashed for a refreshingly light body that leaves plenty of spotlight for a melange of Warrior, Calypso, El Dorado and Citra hops.

This beer really lives up to its name; it has a light character, easy to drink, and has a cheerful, fruity aroma to the hops. RateBeer says 4.9% ABV but my bottle says 4.3% and it feels much more like the low end when drinking it. The hops definitely dominate...the malt is weaker. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter...for how intense the hop aroma is, thereís only a little hop bitterness.

Always a fan of low ABV, high hops affairs. This is not bad at all although it would be great to get lower again in the ABV. 5% is not that low! That aside, itís a fine beer. Plenty of citrusy bitterness from the range of hops with exotic fruit too. The malt is not heavy and reasonably sweet. Keep it coming.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a nice citrus and hop mixed aroma. Appearance- This is a great looking beer, a cool orange color. Taste- Has a bitter citrus flavor mixed with some grass and maybe grain. Palate- A medium bodied brew with moderate carbonation, has a bitter finish. Overall- A really stupid name for a beer but pretty tasty. I wonder how many have passes on this because of the stupid name or silly label?

Hazy honey gold color. Medium-sized rocky beige head. Fragrant fruity malt nose. Complex hop bouquet. Slightly dry grainy malt flavor. Spicy hops with a nice subdued layer of hoppiness. Citrus and biscuit combine for a very drinkable IPA.

Cloudy orange colour with thin soapy head. Citrus peel in the aroma and taste. Refreshingly bitter. Plenty of malt taste to this one too.
