COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A homage to traditional European beers brewed for quenching the thirst of farm workers of "Saisonaires." A unique Belgian Saison yeast is used to impart a mixture of spice, fruity and earthy notes along with a lip smacking palatability.

On tap at hollywood during the spring Harley tour of 15. Looks like pale lager, has a stronger sweeter almost volatile smell. First taste is not as rude as I was expecting considering the alky content, hides it well. Rather smooth and well behaved. Even has hints of wildness on the tart side if you look fer them. Now a slight aroma of mildness sticks its head upa as well. Civilized and one of the better higher alky saisons I’ve had. Nice job smutty.

Pours a hazy orange-gold with a small white head. Aromas of yeast, spices and a variety of fruit. Tastes quite fruity along with spices and a good amount of sweet malt and yeast. Medium bodied. Well done.

Old rating. Solid, but boring saison. Appropriate hay, yeast, pepper, slightly tart, minimal barnyard. Just fine,

Bomber compliments of Phatdog1. Poured an unfiltered golden color with a white top and lacing. Taste of lemon grass, spice, earthy, and a touch of sage. Lively carbonation, medium body. Overall it’s a little watery on the palate, but Smuttynose did a fine job of hiding the alcohol!

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of bread, biscuit, some vanilla, hints of slight yeast into a bit of grain, touch of white fruit into a bit of yeast. Taste was a mix of grass, bread, some spice into a bit of lemon, white fruits with a hint of orange, finishing spicy, slightly sweet.

Pours a golden body with a medium head. Very nice and a little funky aroma. Well balanced and very nice farmhouse taste with tones of hay and such. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy pale gold colour with a white head. Aroma is lemon zest with some yeast and a touch of spices. Flavour is light citrus and yeast, pretty light and not much going on. Meh.

Draft. From notes. Barnyard and horse blanket funk, along with a little tart citrus. Interesting.
