Bomber into a tulip. Pours pure orange with a big old white head. The flavor is sour with lots of spice and a bit of funk. A solid brew.

This one poured a murky golden color with a white head. Aroma was yeasty, some grass notes, lemongrass, and some dampness. Flavor was slightly tart, some artificial spices, and some lemon zest flavors as well.

Cask at GBBF. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma of banana, yeast and grass. Dryish malty flavour with strong yeast notes, and some pine and grassy. Room for improvement

another check mark in the smuttynose big beer series list. Poured with a hefty head and a deep yellow color that got more orange on the second pour from my 22oz bomber. Nice carbonation clinging to the side of my glass. Up front the smell was a great fruitiness but than it surrendered to some metallic and slight earthy smells. Taste was again fruity like pears with some spice. Sharp carbonation for a solid palate.

(Draught at BA’s BBF’09) Poured golden and hazy with hardly any head. Aroma of sourness and dill. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Flavours were spices, fruitiness, coriander, dill, hops and bitterness. Spicy aftertaste.

22 oz bottle. Musty floral aroma, citrusy, peaches, wild flowers, with sweet malts on the nose. Pours a cloudy golden blonde with a solid white head that dissipates. Very floral flavor like the aroma, spicy citrus, corriander and grains of paradise, starfruits and kumquats, a lot of tropical fruit flavors. There’s a lot going on in the flavor, maybe a little too fruity. Not bad.
