Commercial Description:
A homage to traditional European beers brewed for quenching the thirst of farm workers of "Saisonaires." A unique Belgian Saison yeast is used to impart a mixture of spice, fruity and earthy notes along with a lip smacking palatability.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a thin white head and streaks of lacing. Aroma is floral, citrus, some spice and yeastiness. Taste is about the same. Not real funky, but not overly floral. A balanced Saison, but I still like them a bit funkier or fruitier.

Golden amber color with a medium head. Aroma dominated by grains, spice, citrus, coriander, and earthy undertones. Flavor has a light citrusy-grain taste that starts OK but falls apart quickly. Kind of a weak effort at a saison, especially for the ABV.

Bottle pours a murky golden brown with a a cloudy haze throughout the beer. Flavor and aroma was earthy, somewhat spicy, but has an off taste of something corny. I didnt enjoy this one much.

Thanks to jjpm. Hazy golden pour, medium white head. Aroma is spicy, all yeast. Flavor is floral hops, candi sugar, wheat and spicy belgian yeast. Soft mouthfeel with good carbonation. Grassy and lavender ntoes in the finish with some citrus notes. Damn good saison. Nice, citrus, floral, yeast collaboration.

Deep hazy golden amber coloured body with a nice sized dense tan head. Aroma of fresh malt, spices, hops and a bit of an alcoholic kick. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong alcoholic and malty taste with a good hop background and a potent spiceyness with some grassy notes noticeable. Aftertaste shows a bit more kick with some light sweetness near the end. Overall, a good beer - nothing too special, but good to try! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from K&E Discount Beverage in New Paltz, New York on 19-April-2008.

yummy beer- opaque honey coloration, gorgeous bubbly head. aroma has intense citrus, grapefruit, and yeast. flavor adds floral thoughts and lemon zest to this equation, very smooth- similar to a belgian white. dry finish, very drinkable, decent mouthfeel. very nice brew.

Pours hazy amber with huge head and great lacing. Nose of ctirus, and yeast- earthy and subtle. Very drinkable and refreshing, while still having great complexity and taste. This is great. Re-Rate: Lots of cirtus and spicy yeast. Thirst quenching and highly drinkable, with seemingly perfect mouthfeel for the style.
