Commercial Description:
A homage to traditional European beers brewed for quenching the thirst of farm workers of "Saisonaires." A unique Belgian Saison yeast is used to impart a mixture of spice, fruity and earthy notes along with a lip smacking palatability.

Pours clear orange with a smallish head. Aroma is slightly yeasty with a small amount of citrus. Flavor is bready and citrus. Taste is very similar to a wit. Very tasty.

(650ml bottle) Thanks for the bottle Muzzlehatch! Pours a medium, white creamy head with a lightly carbonated, orange body. Nose is mildly biscuity with overtones of yeast and fruit. Decent flavour - somewhat barnyard and wet wheat mixed with watery raspberry seeds. Good recipe and a fine beer.

Has a very strong saison aroma. The flavor is very smooth and subtle like a saison should be. Quite nice beer, with a little dry hoppy finish. Thanks to beerlist.

Nice fruity/yeasty taste. Satisfying, but not too cloying in any way. Tastes like an authentic European saison type ale.

Poured a clear orange color (second pour of bottom of the bottle produced more of an amber color with yeasty cloudiness) with an ok initial head that thinned pretty quickly for the style (ie. weak overall appearance). Aroma was of coriander and spice, almost like a witbier, except for minor funk. Flavor was light funky earthy, sweet wheat, coriander, and other yeasty phenolic spices (a touch of pepper). Perhaps a tad too sweet and sticky underneath the saison flavors, but good stuff (nice price too!).

Rich golden body with some visible pale yeast flocks and a uniform, sudsy white head. Aroma has lots of sweet, honey-like malt, peppery phenolics, and some bubble gum. Lots of underattenuated base malt in the flavor and substantial, somewhat astringent bitterness. Unrefined, with little intriguing depth to put it anywhere near the league of a really good saison.

Bomber. Pours a golden orange with a whit ehead. Aroma is of yeast, fruits, spice, coriander. Flavor is much of the same, with the yeast, spices and coriander coming though. Very smooth, with an excellent aftertaste.

Bottle. Frothy, white head, with nice lacing. Golden orange color, slight haze. Very yeast aroma, slightly sweet malt nose, hint of spice. Flavor is fruity and yeasty and very delicious. Very good beer, with a slight alcohol aftertaste.
