| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 19, 2009 Draft at Rattle ’n Hum. Poured a hazy light orange-gold color. The head was white and left some lace behind on the glass. Attractive aromas of butter, caramel, and orange. Medium bodied and slightly sweet with yeasty bread dough, baking spices, and a light fruity note. Seemed like there was more alcohol than 7.4%. Very good. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 20, 2009 Traded bottle. Definitely a Belgian backbone in this beer. Nice hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma was mostly malt and sweet fruits. Flavour was more of the same but also some yeast and then a big dose of spice hits your lips at the finish. Pleasant. Birdiebeagle (783), Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA

The flavor is blended nicely. Does not seem as high in ABV as it is. Alcohol is blended nicely. Dickinsonbeer (3449), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 26, 2009 Bomber. Pours a deep golden copper with a nice fluffy off white head and some lace. A roma is a bit stale- earthy , herbal light diminsihing hops, ok slightly stale crackery malts, light pilsa nd carapils- with a wierd solvent almost vodka like alcohol kick. Flavor is a bit dulle, diminshed spiciness and yeastiness dull hops and malt is a bit dull as well- could be a bit old- 2007 bottle I think? Finish has more solvent and fusels,- and more vodka sharp alcohol. Meh. BillKismet (1918), Seattle, Washington, USA
