abcfan (161), USA Apr 13, 2008 Decent brew as far as I’m concerned. Looked nice in the glass, nice amber color. Had a cherry spice aroma to it. Taste had some cherry notes on a wave of malt. sour cherry finish.

Strong cherry flavour, sweet and sour. Glowing red color.
I don’t really know what to make of this. A little yeasty palate, too. No, it does not succeed as a beer. tzakiel (34), USA Sep 29, 2008 Fake cherry juice taste. Construction of the actual ale and color, head etc was all fine. Flavor ruined it for me. I did not enjoy this beer. daknole (852), Plantation, Florida, USA Aug 19, 2008 Bottle from Wooniski Bev in Burlington, VT. Pours a redish/amber coor with a medium head. Aroma is malty and some fruit. I think I can smell cherries, but I dont know if I would have known if blind folded. Taste is a bit tart and certainly has some neat cherry flavor. I dont think this is world class, but it is better than it has been rated. Certainly a fun beer to try. shadey (1343), Rochester, New York, USA Aug 16, 2008 22oz Bottle. The pour is pinkish red with a small head that quickly disappears from the glass. The aroma is obviously fruity with just a touch of sourness. The flavor reveals more than just cherries, or at least the flavors have developed into more. I’m getting something lighter than the cherries, like citrus. But there is also a nice full cherry flavor. It all seems a bit candy-ish, but it wasn’t bad. pint_size (1004), Austin, Texas, USA Jul 14, 2008 6-23-08 bottle shared with lb4lb thanks to joepais (Pastor)
Nice thick bright red amber with a decent off-white head. Smell is light sweet malt and berries. Flavor is tart berries with a lemon touch and huge plum flavor. Mouthfeel is a touch too bubbly but otherwise is nice. Flavor is watered down plum with a splash of lemon.
