3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 roder60 (1234) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2009
Had this at the mad mex in cranberry, pa. Poured a hazy light orange/yellow color with nice medium amount of foamy white head. Aroma was pretty mellow, bit carmely and citrusy with some doughiness and spice. Flavor was a bit of a letdown in my opinion. Pretty malty/carmely with a light citric hop finish. Very light on the palate.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Berley31 (230) - New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 13, 2009
A: Poured with a small, white head... still resulting in some fairly nice lacing throughout drinking. Body is a nice orange color, and hazy. Cloudy with small particles floating around.
S: The aroma is actually kind of weak... I can detect some citrus and resin there, maybe even a hint of celery or something peppery with the hops. Very slightly funky, though... not sure what’s going on here.
T: The taste, however, didn’t pull any punches, which surprised me after that weaker aroma. Lightly sweet with citrus undertones, and then a moderately-strong bitter finish... more bitter than the aroma would let on. Really enjoyable.
M: Medium-bodied and creamy, with average carbonation.
D: I was a little disappointed with the aroma of this beer, but it scored very well with everything else, and it’s a great IPA that packs a pretty good punch.

This poured a darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was lightly roasted pale malts, some citrusy american hops as well. Flavor was fairly bitter, but not quite the hop flavor i was looking for. An average IPA
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Yves (1553) - Turnhout, BELGIUM - NOV 7, 2009
Hazy goden coloured beer with mall white head and floks of yeast visible, only few carbonation. Yeasty hopy aroma. Full bit creamy palate. Finish is very bitter tough with a slight fruity touch ending dry.
3.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 LearninBeer (293) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - NOV 5, 2009
Pours a golden orange, creamy white head, excellent lacing, it has particles floating. The aroma is stale, yeasty, mold. The flavor is bitter, back of the tongue. Creamy feel, citrusy taste - not too much, maybe a hint of honey.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Jukkabro (3457) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 28, 2009
Dark yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Fine hopped aroma with citrus and some flowers, thin pine also comes up with some bubble gummy notes. Medium bodied, smooth palated. Flavor is also lemony in start, thin pine and herbal tone here too. Aftertaste gets bitter with pine still.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Alex420 (48) - Rome, ITALY - OCT 27, 2009
Tap @ Brasserie420
Slightly cloudy and orange at color, nice persistent head a bit bubbly thou.
Peculiar but Not overwhelming cheesy nose, actually it has faint hints of fresh ground white pepper. Nice earthiness in the hop flavour. Not really a charactfull beer. medium body.
It has a bit of Cold Side Aeration, genering a slight metal taste that spoils it a bit. Really hard to spot thou. Mabe I’m too fussy.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 CUJO (383) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - OCT 26, 2009
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2009 bottle: weizen: pours copper with tons of little floaties... damn, there is nothing bright about this beer at all! Deep bitters, high carbonation, tons and tons of hops. While there is no real complexity here, this is still a solid brew.
***Tried on tap RnH 10/27*** The beer was far more crisp, bright and delicious! 3.7
