Nice big hop aroma. Pours from the bottle with a nice head that slowly dissipates. The hops are prominent of course and they linger long after you swallow.

A: Ale is ruddy copper after a open draining of the bottle. Three fingers of egg whites are whipped as a top. This falls slowly to a sheet of the same, cobweb lace. Chunks of yeast in suspension - cloudiness is of my doing, had it before and itís excellent clarity.
S: Slightly metallic and oxidized malts along with some earthy hops are here. Struggling to get much else in here. Some pine, little bit of grapefruit.
T: Bitter at first, then sweetness comes through in an almost chemical way. There is still the metallurgic tone I sensed in the nose, along with some robust peppered sage flavor. Herbal, not fruity.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carb. Slightly slick finish.
O: Meh, itís very average in my book.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours orange with a off white head. Taste floral, citrus. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at the Khyber. Hazy orange amber with a thick off-white head that left a lot of lace. Resiny floral spicy hops. Lavender pinecones. Orange pips. Unripe green lemon pith. Green peppercorns. Lighy brown sugar. Rum. Artichokes. Orange tree leaves. Body is fuller than expected. Not bad at all.

Sample from bottle @sbwf13. Deep golden with off white head. Aroma floral, caramel, grapefruit and lemon zest. Taste is similar, flowers, herbs, citrus, caramel. High drinkability despite a fairly high abv.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice floral hop aroma. Has a heavier malt aroma than some other IPAs. Taste is of malt balanced by bitter hops with a very bitter finish. But not the piney bitter, just a bitter that I can't describe? Good malt to hop balance, but not my favorite hop profile.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Serving type: Bottle
A: pours an orange and tangerine color. unfiltered , with a one finger head.
S: lots of floral notes, not much malt. And maybe some lemon zest.
T: it taste better than it smells. Floral citrus type taste. With some zest added in as it lingers.
O: nothing too special in my book. It's a pretty cool unfiltered IPA. But nothing jumps out at me to impress me and make it great.
I would buy it again for its drink ability.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Mild mild mild IPA. Immediate hoppy taste that fades quickly. No lingering aftertaste so this is an IPA that you can drink without killing your taste buds.
