What a find! Cloudy brown pour with a medium off white frothy head. Aroma of caramel, oats, bread and roasted malt. Full bodied taste with a dry oaky finish. Fantastic!

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, smooth woody chocolate, wood estract, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate with molasses, prunes, wood extract and alcohol, very nice and smooth. On tap at Belgian Beer Fest, Sept. 10 2011.

Pouring at session one of Belgian Beer Fest in Boston. Pours a deep black with a thin to medium sized tanned beige head. Lovely bourbon, vanilla, prunes, and sweet chocolate pudding on the nose. Soft caramel. Gorgeous. Chocolate and cocoa, a touch thin. Lovely chocolate, roast, sweet vanilla, warm wood and chocolate. Chewy with nice carbonation. Caramel and toffee. Long roast and warming alcohol on the finish.
