3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark amber, almost brown colour, malty-nutty-fruity aroma, tasted almost like burnt caramel, candy like. Very enjoyable.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dark brown w/ orangish hue. Moderately hoppy, floral aroma w/ malt background. Full bodied & somewhat resiny. Nice caramel/molasses malt character w/ notes of nuts & chocolate. Dry, assertive hoppy finish, though balance toward sweetness.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep red-rust colour. Aroma has nice round matly tones. (whatever that means). Certainly mice malty flavour, but it really isn’t distinguished enough. It is also not quite right as a session beer, since it is quite quaffable enough either. So, I liked it, but overall it doesn’t really fill a place in my world.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Dark reddish brown appearance. Fresh citrusy hops, sweet malt, raisins and a touch of smoke in the nose. Smooth, somewhat thick feeling. Good maltiness, somewhat fruity. Some hops in the finish and just a touch too sweet for my tastes, could stand for a few more hops in the finish. Very nice brown.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice ruby-brown colour. Average aroma, with a bit of caramel. More caramel in the flavour, with a bit of fruitiness and chocolate, and a slightly bitter coffeeish finish. Went very well alongside a plate of sharp cheese, pickles and crusty bread.

Certainly smells brown to me. I am not sure why this dog is on the label but I am sure that does not makes me want drink this beer more than before ...
Color bloody brown doggy?
Sorry it’s Sunday and this is my last rating for tonight (is it?). Ok I shall keep t short. Drinkable, soft and smooth. Fans of strong/max stuff will not be exited about this one, otherwise is ok, not bad, not overly complex either.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Toffee, caramel aroma, clear ruby, small toffee head. Roasted malts and nutty flavour, slighly bitter after taste. Pleasant mouthfeel. Fair.
