Bottle, at the pig, DC. A clear, light brown beer with a small, dense, beige head. Nutty, toffee aroma with a bready touch. Some dark dried fruits in the flavor, with toffee, nuts and caramel. It’s medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated. A decent and easy drinkable beer. 150619

12 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark amber brown with a medium beige head. Nose brings out dark fruits, toasted malt, and toasted bready caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted caramel bready malt, some dark fruits, and toasted nuts. Pretty robust for a brown ale, with a dry toasted finish. Very good.
