Aroma is strongly of pumpkin spice up front quickly following with yeast. Flavor is pumpkin spice and wheat with a surprising bitterness backbone that holds it together at the end. kimcgolf (828), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 30, 2007 Pourse to a light reddish-orange color with a thin white head that disspates quickly and leaves little lacing. Aroma is a very pleasant mix of fall spices and foods. It reminded me of Thanksgiving dinner. Mouthfeel is medium boided and slightly sweet, followed by flavor that accented the spices, mostly nutmeg, with a hint of pumpkin.
Finsih was smoooth and of medium duration, although the pumpkin left a bit of an aftertaste that was not pleasant.
All and all, not a bad Fall beer. franksnbeans (265), Columbus, Maryland, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 24, 2007 Pours a clear copper with a golden hue. Two fingers of white head that dies to a ring and laces very little. Smell is awesome. Smells like a freshly baked pumpkin pie is in my grill as I sniff away. Tastes of mild pumpkin, spice and a mild but sweet malty backbone. A slight rind in the finish. Medium in the mouth and nice carbonation. Extremely drinkable, I could easily make an evening out of this treat.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 6, 2007 Mushroomy aroma of nutmeg and coriander.Cloudy amber with a thin off-white head, nice lacing. Quite strong, decently balanced, and tastes of nutmeg and pumpkin with a nice tang. Orange peel and grain finish. This just about maxes out what I’m willing to rate a pumpkin ale. There’s room for growth, but I can’t see rating any pumpkin ale much higher than this. Brewbie (220), New York, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 24, 2007 12oz bottle. certainly not a bad beer by any means, just not for me. nice head, not as much pumpkin as i thought might be there, little hint of spice. iowaherkeye (1850), Bakersfield, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 18, 2007 12oz notched Best before January ’08. Hazy orange golden with a small off-white light yellow head, fair retention. Strongest aroma was nutmeg, followed by allspice and cinnamon. Bready malts are also present, but I can’t pick up on much pumpkin. Flavor actually had some (earthy) bitterness I wasn’t expecting--by the finish Low to moderate carbonation with a medium body. I’m still a sucker for pumpkin beers, though it isn’t as good as Pumking. dmac (1442), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 16, 2007 12 oz bottle purchased at Spirits. Pours an orange/amber with an average size bubbly off white head. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, malt and urine. Medium bodied with not much carbonation coming through. Large malt flavor with notes of pumpkin and spices. Drinkable pumpkin ale but why do people drink these pumpkin beers anyway???
