Bottle. Poured a dark clear brown color with an average frothy light brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted malt, caramel and alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy dark chocolate sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a very good beer that is excellent for style.

Bottle. Pours murky brown. Nose of brown sugar, caramel malts, nuts and spice. Taste is strong, full bodied malt bomb, with licorice and brown sugar. Alcohol is very noticeable in the finish. Needs to be cellared a few years.
