Pours copper with frothy tan head. Aroma is malty caramel with a bit of citrus hop. The flavor is moderately sweet and spicy with a crisp hoppy finish. Oily and carbonated finish. Overall decent beer

Bottle (12 oz). From czar, thanks! Unclear golden/orange with a medium off-white head and some lacing. Aroma is fruity with bread, mineral and earthy notes, dust, caramel and light spices. Taste is slightly sweet with mineral/earthy notes, light spices, caramel and and light but sticky bitter finish. Medium body. Decent carbonation. Slightly dry. English Pale Ale aren’t my favorite style, but this one is well done. Refreshing.

Pours a nice dark amber with a 2 inch fluffy head that laces the glass. Aroma of sweet malt, hazelnut, and black tea. Taste of dark malt, acidic hops, and smooth effervescent finish. Fantastic pale ale with brown ale malt characteristics.

Draft. Light white head on amber brown pour. Reminds me of Sam Adams Boston lager with a bit more hops. A decent hoppy light brown ale.

Enjoyable malty flavored pale ale. Pours earthy brown. Easily session able. Hops are light though I’d you prefer your pale ale to pour copper and hoppy this one isn’t for you.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2013 Beautiful beer, pours a deep hazy red-orange with a thin but durable tan head. Big sweet malty aromas that carry across with the flavor. Less hop bitterness than many pale ales out there. Crisp mouthfeel, I could see this being an easily sessionable pale ale. 12oz bottle poured into a glass.
