Tap at Rattle n Hum. A bit too sour for my tastes. Pours a clear, light yellow with a thin, fzzy head. Nose of sweet fruits and funky yeast. Sour flavor with some wild yeast character. Biting and pucker-inducing. Not my favorite style but certainly an interesting departure from my typical selections.

Tap at Kickbacks for RBWG. Pours a full haze, glowing gold. Weaker acid cut foam. Nose is sweet seedy raspberry, strawberry short cake. Taste is really nice seedy strawberry, raspberry/strawberry yogurt, lactic acid, very tart and quenching. Zippy finish with sweet tarts tartaric acid going on. Yogurt smackdown.

Growler from Whole Foods. Pale pine pour with a fast-fading white head. The nose has a lot of strawberry fruitiness over a fairly pronounced lactic tartness. Creamy palate with a bit of spicy wheatiness. Lots of lemony citrus with a bit more strawberry character on the back. The palate is really quite light and quaffable. Soft, but insistent, tart finish. Really a quite interesting and well-crafted beer.
